Artisan Water Mixable Mediums
A range of mediums has been developed
specifically for use with Artisan Water Mixable Oil Colour, allowing the characteristics of the tube colour to be altered and all oil colour techniques to be achieved.
ARTISAN WATER MIXABLE
FAST DRYING MEDIUM
This fast drying medium improves the flow and speeds the drying of Artisan colours, smoothes brushwork and increases gloss and
transparency. Excellent for glazing and fine detail. Resistant to yellowing.

LINSEED OIL
Water Mixable Linseed Oil reduces consistency and improves the flow of Artisan colours whilst also increasing gloss and transparency.

STAND OIL
Water Mixable Stand Oil improves the flow and levelling of Artisan colours. It is excellent fot glazing and fin detail as it smoothes
brushwork. Stand oil is slow drying.

PAINTING MEDIUM
Water Mixable Painting Medium thins the consistency of Artisan colours and aids fine detail work. It also improves the flow and wetting of the colour. Dries slowly tp a flexible film anf is good for oiling out.

IMPASTO MEDIUM
This is an impasto anf texturing medium for
use with Artisan colours . Always mix thoroughly into the colour. For thick impasto build the texture in several layers, allowing each layer to dry first. Speeds the drying of colours
